ABOUT THE BUSINESS

In 2012, Steven W. Calta and Rosie Hetman-Clemente decided, after being in the real estate business since 1997, to partner and create Atlantic Shores Realty of Jacksonville LLC. Both served in a management capacity at a large local firm for 13 years before deciding they wanted to create their own brand of doing business in the real estate realm. Since joining forces, ASR Jax continues to grow and evolve, providing a great work environment for the ASR Family of agents and continuing the legacy of providing exceptional service to our customers. ASR’s business model and leadership have attracted our ASR Family of agents. We are so unbelievably blessed to work with such amazing people, and we are so proud of our ASR family. We are honored to have created many raving fans, both agents and customers alike, and plan on continuing to do business in a way that earns our customers and agents referrals for years to come.

In 2023, Lisa Murray and T. Rosie Hetman continued the ASR traditions and partnered up for ownership as the managing brokers. Lisa and Rosie have worked together since 1997. They met as neighbors and have fostered a deep, meaningful friendship that aligns in both their personal and professional lives.
