After ten years in London, Rebecca, her English husband and two teenagers relocated back to Ponte Vedra Beach. Rebecca has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2000. Steve attributes his success to his mid-west work ethic and a determination never to quit just because the road becomes a little bumpy. Steve moved with his wife Karen to the Atlantic Shores neighborhood in 1999. He said “We bought the house as a rental and moved in to see what life would be like living one block from the ocean. We have been there ever since. Even with a close call with hurricane Floyd that first year at the beach Steve said he and Karen can’t see themselves ever living anywhere else.
